REGISTER NOW FOR JUNE 14, 2025!
PLEASE NOTE: Our registration process has CHANGED. We are only accepting registrations online. You are now able to select your own seller spaces. Please review the following information carefully before proceeding:
- When you register, you will first be asked to choose your colored aisle. These are divided into sections. (At first, the sections are labeled "free." This is to allow sellers to choose multiple spaces later).
- Later in the process, you will select your SPECIFIC numbered spaces. Please use the map below as a guide. Note that space numbers have changed from prior years!
- You MUST select at least one space. If you are not prompted to pay, it means you have not selected a space. If you submit a registration without selecting a space and completing payment, your registration will be considered invalid.
- Each numbered space is two parking spaces for $15. A parking space is 9' by 18'.
- We are longer accepting paper registrations and payment must be completed at the time of registration. To pay with cash or check, you must register in person at the Information Desk inside the church building during our regular office hours (M-Th 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Fri 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
Other Event Details:
- Sellers must bring their tables, chairs, shades/umbrellas, bags, sunscreen, etc. Electricity is not available.
- This is a rain or shine event! No refunds will be issued.
- Check-in for sellers begins at 6:30 a.m. At that time, vendors will be reminded of their selected numbered spaces. By 7:30 a.m., vendors must set up and move their vehicles to posted Vendor Parking. Parking close to the church is limited to buyers only, which encourages greater sales and profits. Shuttle service to Vendor Parking is provided for sellers and volunteers.
- Church groups sell pop, coffee, etc. at the sale to support mission and service projects. We respectfully ask sellers to refrain from selling food items or any "inappropriate" items, such as guns, knives, pornography, exotic animals, etc.
- After the event, sellers must remove their property from the church parking lot.
