mission of hope: Haiti
Our Food Packing Event is coming up on October 25! There is a morning shift from 9:15-11:30am and an afternoon shift from 12:15-2:30pm! You can also sign up as a runner or team leader from 8-3pm. Childcare will be provided and this is a great opportunity to invite your family and friends to church. Sign up to serve here!
Mission of Hope: Haiti (MOH) is one of our major mission partners. Their mission is to bring "Life transformation for every man, woman, and child." Since 2010, just months after a catastrophic magnitude seven earthquake leveled much of Haiti, Community of Grace has collaborated with that transformation through mission trips, fundraisers, food packing events, and child sponsorships.
Political unrest has plagued the island country in recent years, so in 2024, our mission trip team was sent to the Mission of Hope campus in the Dominican Republic to serve displaced Haitians. You can see a couple of videos of our visit below, and visit the trip blog to see pictures and read the travelogue.
Dominican Republic Mission Trip
A return to the Dominican Republic is scheduled for January 24-31, 2026.
Contact Hannah Collins if you are interested in joining us on this mission trip.
raising hope 2025
Each night, millions of Haitian children go to bed not knowing when they will get their next meal. One of the ways Mission of Hope works to end the food crisis in Haiti is through meal packing events! CGLC raised $35,000 in early 2025 to pack 100,000 meals in October! Watch for signups for this festive day of food packing. Help us bring kids in Haiti from hunger to hope.
