Sinner and Saint

Saint and Sinner. Some people divide the world into these two categories. Some people see the line running right through themselves. As we continue our Trail Markers series this week, join us as we learn from the Bible and from the Christians who have gone before us about the power of sin and salvation in our lives.

The Info Lane

As we continue our Trailmarkers series today, we explore how Luther's sign, Sola Scriptura, can help us grow in maturity as followers of Christ rather than travelling off the trail in other directions.

The Priesthood of all Believers

In Jesus Christ, there is no longer any need for a human intermediary between us and God. Jesus is our high priest forever, and the Holy Spirit connects us to God, but we are called to serve each other, to help our neighbors know the love and power of God that sets us free. This calling is to serve one another as a priesthood of all believers, who encourage each other in relationship with God. No matter where we are, God can use our lives to help others merge into the story of his love.

The Journey Starts at Home

Today, we start a new series called Trailmarkers focused on signs that keep us on the path of following Christ in the midst of the real challenges, struggles, and opportunities we have in life. The first sign, The Journey Starts at Home, helps us to live out our faith in our closest realtionships and to the pass on the faith to the next generation through real relationships.

With You Always

Jesus' Great Commission says that "all authority" has been given to him. But how can that be true in a world so obviously not living like Jesus? Join us for this message to learn about Jesus' authority "in heaven and earth" and about his promise to be with us always.

The Body and the Word

In his Great Commission to us in Matthew 28, Jesus calls us to make disciples of all the world, baptizing and teaching others to obey all that he has commanded us. Why is baptism so important in the life of a disciple? What does this commission mean for how we are to live as followers of Jesus?

Out

Jesus sends his apprentices “out” to bless God’s world, but this sending is easily misunderstood. Join us for this message to learn what Jesus’ “out” was really like and how we can learn from His example.

In

People are like Legos. We were made to connect with each other. In our Apprenticed series this week, we’re learning about Jesus’ In, that is, his relationships with other people who knew and loved God. Join us for this message to learn about your own “In,” and to grow in Christian community.

Up

Our relationship with God gives life to all our other relationships. As apprentice-disciples of Jesus, we are learning to live a life Up, In, and Out. This week we’re going to read some stories from Jesus’ life that teach us especially about our “Up.” Join us for this message to help you grow “Up.”
